Potatos with garlic and parmesan chesse to fall in love

If there is a snack to enjoy between friends, in those moments where you have a few drinks or just want to spend a time of pleasant conversation, are undoubtedly these delicious potatoes garlic.

Here we show you the ingredients to prepare:

  • 4 POTATOES  CUT IN LONG
  • 4 OLIVE OIL SPOONS
  • 2 SALT SCOOPS
  • 2 SPOON GARLIC SPOONS
  • 1/2 CUP OF RALLADO PARMESANO CHEESE
  • PICTURE CILANTRO (OBVIO FRESCO)
  • SOUR SAUCE

TO PREPARE:

Make a previous boil of 300 degrees Celsius. Pour fat into small amounts in the entire package.

The potatoes, (lavalas previously) and cut them along. From a bowl to mix with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

 

Place the potatoes on the baking sheet this way. With the skin down.

 

Bake at 200ºc for about 40 minutes or until golden and tender.

Then place coriander leaves, pour them in your gravy or whatever you think fit and enjoy as it should be.
